These development terms are a product placeholder pending final legal review. The launch service is intended for business and professional customers only. Evidence records document deposits and declarations; Attestarium does not guarantee a legal outcome or determine intellectual-property ownership. Paid preservation, Vault storage, external trust services and identity services are governed by the service ordered and its applicable term.
Evidence integrity
Refunds, cancellation, disputes and account closure do not rewrite the fact that an immutable evidence event occurred. Service rights and retained data can change according to contract, law and retention policy while the historical cryptographic record remains distinct.
Professional capacity
The launch is intended for businesses and professionals acting in a trade, business, craft or professional capacity. A future consumer service would require a separate consumer-compliant flow.
