Attestarium is designed around data minimisation. Account, security, billing and evidence metadata are processed only as needed to operate, secure and evidence the service. Proof-only source files are hashed locally and are not uploaded by that workflow. Identity-provider data should be reduced to the minimum attestation information needed rather than retaining identity documents or biometrics unnecessarily. Final controller/processor details, retention periods and statutory notices require operator-specific legal completion before production launch.
Evidence integrity
Refunds, cancellation, disputes and account closure do not rewrite the fact that an immutable evidence event occurred. Service rights and retained data can change according to contract, law and retention policy while the historical cryptographic record remains distinct.
Professional capacity
The launch is intended for businesses and professionals acting in a trade, business, craft or professional capacity. A future consumer service would require a separate consumer-compliant flow.
